Peekaboo’s biggest assets are our educators and support staff, who are dedicated to delivering a quality program and care for the children in our Centres.  All educators must hold an Early Childhood Education certificate (RECE), at a minimum.  Many of our teachers hold additional training in education and childhood development.

All staff provide a current criminal history check, including vulnerability sector screening.  Additionally, teachers must possess standard first aid and infant CPR certifications.

BrightPath employs a full team of full-time Educational Coaches dedicated to ensuring the curriculum is followed and at the highest standard.  Through nurturing guidance, our teachers inspire and encourage individuality in each and every child.  Whether you have a budding engineer, athlete, or artist, our variety of fitness, movement, and sports programs teamed with a vast selection of academic programming provides your child with everything they need to get their education off to a great start!

Adelyn Oliveros is one of our passionate BrightPath family Education Coaches. She graduated from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning with an Early Childhood Education Diploma and also have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology focusing on Child Development from York University.

Adelyn joined the BrightPath team in September 2010 and is registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators as mandated in Ontario. During her time of employment, she was a Lead Teacher in the classroom at one of our centres, and was later promoted to Centre Director and now the Education Coach for Ontario.

Susie Martin is the newest addition to our BrightPath family coaching team. She is a Registered Early Childhood Educator and has been working with children, families and educators for the past 25 years.  Her past experience includes Centre Director, Area Manager and Quality Initiatives Mentor.  Susie is committed to strengthening relationships, inclusive practices, lifelong learning and fostering leadership.  Well-being is a continuous focus for Susie who spends her personal time being physically active and committed to a healthy lifestyle.
